Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Stackblox. By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who we are

Stackblox (“Stackblox”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a WordPress product studio operated by Shabtech, a technology company registered in Nigeria. These Terms govern your use of stackblox.net and all related services and products.

By accessing Stackblox, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Your account

2.1 Registration

To access our AI tools and token system, you must create a free Stackblox account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@stackblox.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2.2 Account accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep this information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we believe the information provided is false or misleading.

2.3 One account per person

Creating multiple accounts to gain additional free tokens is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts associated with you.

3. Token system

3.1 Free daily tokens

Registered users receive 50 free tokens per day, reset daily at midnight UTC. These tokens are used to access our AI-powered tools. Unused free tokens do not roll over to the next day.

3.2 Purchased tokens

You may purchase additional tokens through our WooCommerce store. Purchased tokens do not expire and are held in your account balance until used. Token purchases are non-refundable once consumed. Unused purchased tokens may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no tokens from that purchase have been used — contact support@stackblox.net to request a refund.

3.3 Token usage policy

Tokens are for personal and business use within the normal operation of our tools. The following uses of tokens are prohibited:

• Automated or bulk generation of content using bots or scripts
• Reselling or transferring tokens to other users
• Attempting to manipulate the token system through technical exploits
• Using multiple accounts to accumulate free tokens beyond the per-user daily limit

We reserve the right to deduct tokens or suspend accounts where we detect abuse of the token system.

4. Acceptable use of our AI tools

Our AI tools may be used for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use Stackblox tools to generate content that:

• Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of those receiving it
• Defames, harasses, threatens, or abuses any individual or group
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech targeting individuals on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Promotes or facilitates violence or illegal activity
• Is used to deceive or defraud others
• Violates the terms of service of any third-party AI provider we use

We are not responsible for the content generated by our AI tools. You are solely responsible for how you use and distribute AI-generated content.

5. Premium plugins and themes

5.1 Licence grants

When you purchase a premium plugin or theme from Stackblox, you are purchasing a licence to use that product, not ownership of the software. Unless otherwise stated, licences are:

• Single site licence: Use on one WordPress installation only
• Developer / Agency licence: Use on unlimited sites you own or manage for clients

Licences are tied to your Stackblox account and are non-transferable.

5.2 GPL products

Some products in our GPL zone are distributed under the GNU General Public Licence (GPL). GPL products may be freely redistributed in accordance with the GPL licence terms. However, our premium products and any proprietary components are NOT GPL unless explicitly stated.

5.3 Refund policy for plugins and themes

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all premium plugin and theme purchases. To request a refund, contact support@stackblox.net within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Refunds are not available after 14 days or where we determine the refund policy is being abused.

5.4 Updates and support

Active licence holders receive product updates and access to our support team for the duration of their licence period. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule, but we aim to address security issues within 7 days of discovery.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Our content

All content on Stackblox, including our website design, brand assets, documentation, and proprietary plugin and theme code, is the intellectual property of Useful Media Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6.2 Your content

Content you generate using our AI tools belongs to you. By using our tools, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and temporarily store your inputs and the generated outputs solely for the purpose of delivering the tool’s functionality. We do not use your generated content for training AI models.

7. Advertising

Our free tools and GPL plugin pages may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Clicking on third-party ads may take you to external websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Availability and service levels

We aim to keep Stackblox available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the platform offline for maintenance, and in such cases we will endeavour to provide advance notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.

AI tool availability depends on third-party API providers. If a third-party API is unavailable, the affected tool will be temporarily unavailable. We will not deduct tokens for failed generation attempts caused by API outages.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Stackblox and Useful Media Limited are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Stackblox shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stackblox, Useful Media Limited, and our officers, directors, and employees from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@stackblox.net.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms, abused the token system, or engaged in behaviour that we reasonably believe is harmful to the platform or other users. In most cases, we will attempt to warn you before termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Stackblox after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
