This Privacy Policy explains how Stackblox (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Shabtech (Useful Media Limited), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use stackblox.net and our services.
The short version: we collect only what we need to run the platform, we don’t sell your data to anyone, and you can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing privacy@stackblox.net.

Stackblox is a WordPress product studio operated by Shabtech, a technology company registered in Nigeria. Our website is located at stackblox.net.

2. What information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Account registration: Your email address and password when you create a Stackblox account.
- Profile information: Your name, if you choose to provide it.
- Payment information: When you purchase token packs or premium plugins, payment is processed by Stripe or WooCommerce Payments. We do not store your full card details — these are handled securely by our payment processor.
- Support communications: Messages you send us through our support channels.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Which tools you use, how many tokens you consume, and when you access the platform.
- Token transaction logs: Records of every token credit and deduction tied to your account, including which tool triggered each transaction.
- Device and browser information: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL, collected via server logs and analytics.
- Cookies: Session cookies for login authentication, preference cookies, and analytics cookies (see Section 7).
2.3 Information from third parties
- If you connect a third-party account (such as Google login, if available), we receive basic profile information from that provider.
- Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) may share aggregated usage data with us.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your Stackblox account
- Provide access to our free AI tools and premium products
- Process token grants, deductions, and purchases
- Send transactional emails such as purchase receipts and password reset links
- Send product updates and announcements (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our token system
- Improve our tools and platform based on usage patterns
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Third-party companies that help us operate the platform, including Stripe (payment processing), our hosting provider, and email service providers. These companies are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use your data to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, your data may be transferred to the new owner under the same privacy protections described in this policy.
- With your consent: In any other circumstance, only with your explicit permission.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes (typically up to 7 years for transaction records).
Token transaction logs are retained for 2 years for fraud detection and support purposes, after which they are anonymised or deleted.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your account and personal data.
- Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data.
- Objection: Object to how we process your data in certain circumstances.
- Unsubscribe: Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

7. Cookies
We use cookies to operate our platform. Here is what we use and why:
- Essential cookies: Required for login sessions and security. Cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
- Preference cookies: Remember your settings such as theme preferences.
- Analytics cookies: Help us understand how people use the platform so we can improve it. These are anonymised where possible.
- Advertising cookies: Used only on pages with ads (our free tools and GPL plugin pages). You can opt out via our cookie banner.
You can manage cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings button in the footer of our website.
8. Third-party AI services
Our free tools use third-party AI APIs (such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI) to generate content. When you use a tool like the AI Joke Generator, your input (e.g. the joke topic you enter) is sent to the AI provider to generate a response. We do not send your name, email address, or account information to AI providers. Please review the privacy policies of Anthropic (anthropic.com) and OpenAI (openai.com) for information on how they handle API data.
9. Children’s privacy
Stackblox is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us, and we will delete the account promptly.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption, hashed password storage, and access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use of Stackblox after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
